You are bidding on a Wards Hercules .410 single shot shotgun, 24 Inch barrel, 3 inch chamber with EXTRA full choke, 13 1/2 inch length of Pull, ground hog getter! Great truck gun! The wtalnut buttstock has various cracks and chips, but is firm and tight for use. The long “crack” on the stock is more like a peeling than a crack. The aluminum butt plate probably isn’t factory but is of very good quality and fit. The walnut forearm is perfect with no cracks and is tight. Overall the metal has turned to a mottled rust brown patina with some light pitting here and there, but bore is bright and shiny, looking nearly new. I have fired this old dandy and lock up is VERY tight and on face and the ejector will pop out the empties to the sky! The barrel and receiver are matching stamped A 18 G.
