OUR POLICIES

If your receiving dealer is listed in Gunbroker…They are STILL REQUIRED TO SEND US A COPY OF THEIR FFL.  Gunbroker does not have a retrievable FFL database for us to receive copies.  It can be emailed to us at tbgguns@gmail.com

·       All guns marked “Brand New” or “Factory New” come with all item(s) included and shipped to us by the manufacturer (i.e. Box or Case, manuals, locks, magazines, holsters, or anything else the manufacturer may include.  We do not alter the contents.

·       WE WILL UPDATE YOUR ORDER IN GUNBROKER THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.  We will update it when the payment and FFL are received, and when it ships.  If the indicators are highlighted green on the right hand side, then we have received payment and FFL.

·       UPS, USPS, and FedEx tracking can take 24-48 hours to update.  Please wait an appropriate amount of time after receiving your tracking email to contact us should you have questions.  Tracking number emails are automatically generated and sent when the shipping label is created.

·       Please check your junk mail if you have not found your tracking number in your inbox.  They are automatically sent.

·       New gun listings may use stock photos.  Serial numbers in pictures may not be the same as the gun shipped.

·       We will not guarantee a certain serial number or consecutive serial numbers.

·       If the listing above states it is a “New” gun, then it is a factory new gun.

·       We do NOT offer a layaway plan at this time.

·       All of our items are current production or generation unless otherwise stated in the listing.  We will not respond to emails asking for specific manufacture date(s).

·       We do not charge credit card or any hidden fees.

·       The shipping cost for this listing is stated above.

·       If you are the winning bidder, you AGREE to make payment for the listing.  If you “accidentally” hit button(s) multiple times to place and confirm a bid, you are still obligated to make payment.

·       If you later discover that the item you won is not legal in your area, you are responsible to cover all listing and final value costs that we incur.  Or we may be able to work with you to obtain a firearm legal in your area.  Failure to do so will result in us going through the non-paying bidder process to recover what we have been charged by Gunbroker for the sale….Please understand that Gunbroker requires sellers to open a non-paying bidder claim in order to refund fee(s) to sellers.

·       All sales are final.  Returns are only accepted if the item you received is not the item ordered.

·       Firearms are test fired at the factory and might show signs of this.  Believe it or not, manufacturers do not clean firearms after doing so.  This does not make it used…this is part of the manufacturer’s quality control.

Payment

·       Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx credit cards accepted with no additional fees. Payment can be made through the auction sites shopping cart, if available.

·       NO ADDITIONAL FEES for credit card payments. In fact, we encourage it because it is safer and more secure for all parties involved

·       Payment must be made within 7-days of auction end or winning bidder will forfeit the auction and item will be relisted.

·       If you are the winner of one our listings, you agree to make payment. If you later decide that you bid or hit buy now by accident or that you won an item that you did not really want, you are still responsible to make payment. Gunbroker does not allow us to simply cancel an order. Our only other option will be to file a non-paying bidder report in order to collect our listing and final value fees.

·       Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax

·       We DO NOT accept payments.

Transactions requiring FFL’s

·       Please have your FFL dealer email a signed, legible copy within 5-days of the purchase to us. Even if your receiving dealer is listed in Gunbroker, we are still required by law to have a copy of their FFL on file. Gunbroker does not maintain a retrievable database of FFL copies. Dealers are responsible for transmitting them to one another

·       Can be emailed to us at tbgguns@gmail.com

·       Make sure the FFL holder includes your name on the email.

·       We will include a copy of our FFL with the shipment

Ammunition

·       Ammunition is available to persons 21 years of age or older

·       A copy of your driver’s license is required before ammunition will be shipped

·       Email proof of ID to us at tbgguns@gmail.com

·       Will not ship to states/areas that do not allow

Shipping

·       We will ship handguns via USPS Priority mail, other items may vary

·       Shipping rates and free shipping offers are for the contiguous 48 states. Additional fees for Alaska and Hawaii

·       All shipments of firearms will be insured and tracking number will be provided

·       Shipping insurance is INCLUDED in the shipping price stated

·       Will not ship handguns/rifles/magazines to states that restrict listed item(s)

·       It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the item purchased is legal in their area

·       We WILL ship to CA if the item is on the approved list and meets the state’s requirements. Shipping times may increase by a couple days due to the additional paperwork required.

Warranties/Returns

·       New firearms carry the warranty from the manufacturer. When purchased from us, the buyer agrees to go through the manufacturer’s warranty process to remedy any issues. Returns will only be accepted if the item shipped is not the item ordered.
